$1500 for the interview, review of documents (e.g., client’s or others’ affidavits), collection of data from collateral sources (e.g., physician, therapist or psychiatrist), communication with the referring attorney, writing of the affidavit, and an optional 1-hour follow-up meeting with the client
$250 per hour for testifying with a 4-hour minimum for a court appearance
$100 per hour for standing by for testifying by telephone, even if not called
The fee for the evaluation must be paid in full at the time of the meeting. Fees for testifying must be paid in full before the court date. Cash, check and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) are accepted.
